Who We Are:
Indivisible Pajaro Valley is dedicated to amplifying community voices, protecting and promoting the civil rights of all residents in southern Santa Cruz County, and actively engaging elected officials to advance these principles.
What We Do:
1. Create Inclusive Spaces for Connection & Collaboration
Foster dialogue and shared experiences that unite the diverse communities of southern Santa Cruz County, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.
2. Foster a Healthy and Vibrant Community that Honors Cultural Diversity
Champion initiatives that promote mental and physical well-being, economic opportunity, and celebration of cultural identities.
3. Inspire Civic Responsibility and Democratic Participation
Encourage informed engagement in local and national issues, emphasizing the importance of every community member’s voice in shaping policy and progress.
4. Defend and Expand Civil & Human Rights
Stand firm in protecting the rights of immigrants, women, People of Color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and all marginalized groups, especially in the face of polices that seek to undermine equality and justice.
5. Advance Equity-Driven Social & Political Change
Advocate for progressive solutions to pressing challenges like climate justice, economic inequality, housing and education reform, grounded in a vision of equity and sustainability for all.
6. Advocate for Small Businesses
Stand in solidarity with and commit to support our local small businesses, which are being hit especially hard by this administration’s tariffs and ongoing economic and policy uncertainty.
7. Uphold the Values of the Constitution
Commit to uphold and advocate for the principles that protect our democracy as the current administration’s actions show a troubling disregard for the Constitution and the core values it represents.

Where We Work:
Indivisible Pajaro Valley (IPV) is a chapter of The Indivisible Project, a registered 501(c)(4) nonprofit whose mission is to cultivate and lift up a grassroots movement of local groups to defeat the Trump agenda, elect progressive leaders, and realize bold progressive policies. IPV is focused on the issues of the people in the southern part of Santa Cruz County and the Pajaro Valley, including Aptos, Rio Del Mar, Seascape, La Selva Beach, Watsonville, Larkin Valley, Corralitos, Mt. Madonna, and Aromas.
